Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. What This Policy Covers
This policy explains what information FinCalc Pro ("we", "us") collects when you visit the site, how that information is used, and the choices you have. It applies to all pages and tools on this website.
2. What We Do Not Collect
Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter into any calculator — revenue, salary, tax figures, cash flow amounts, or anything else — are never sent to our servers, never stored, and never shared. Closing the page erases them.
3. What We Do Collect
We collect limited technical information automatically:
- Analytics data — pages visited, approximate country, browser type, device type, and referring site. This is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.
- Advertising data — our ad partner (Google AdSense) may use cookies to serve relevant ads. You can control ad personalization in your Google account settings.
- Server logs — standard web server records, including IP address, timestamp, and requested URL. These are kept for security and troubleshooting.
4. Cookies
We use cookies for analytics and advertising. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. You can disable or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not break the calculators or the template downloads.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics — traffic and usage statistics
- Google AdSense — advertising
- Cloudflare — site security and performance
- Bootstrap and Font Awesome CDNs — page styling (no user data collected)
6. Email
If you contact us by email, we use your address only to reply to you. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not sell or share email addresses.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
8. Your Rights
You can request information about the data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or object to processing. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
